Description:

To start with, you will be met by your guide at your hotel lobby.

Depart to the central market of Hoi An to buy some fresh foodstuffs then board a boat at Bach Dang dock and head to Red Bridge Restaurant. Located right on the river bank, it is set on 2 acres of stunning tropical gardens with 3 open-air pavillion-style buildings. The stylish Red Bridge Restaurant is ideal for a relaxed meal or a casual function. Traditional and contemporary Vietnamese food, friendly staff and enthusiastic chefs have made Red Bridge a popular stop for visitors to Hoi An.

Use of fresh herbs from the restaurants' own garden, seafood from the nearby sea, fruit and vegetables from local growers deliver fresh and crisp flavours.

In the afternoon, ride a bicycle to a local farm in Tra Que village. You will be first introduced to the history of the village, its ways of cultivation of herbs and vegetables as well as you will learn about their importance and use in traditional Vietnamese medicine. You will take a walk around the garden and join farmers in preparing and fertilising the land with seaweed from the local lake. Continue with such activities as raking, sowing, watering and picking greens; learn how to harvest and wrap vegetables.

Around 4pm, bid farewell to your host family before riding back to Hoi An. On the way back stop at the Nhat tomb and Ba Le well. The tour finishes at about 5pm.

Trip back to your hotel at the end of the excursion.
