3 days excursion to Laos. Explore the fascinating and mysterious Plain of Jars.

Day 1: Departure - Xieng Khouang

Meet your guide at Xieng Khouang Airport.
Xieng Khouang is one of the most devastated and war-bombed provinces in North Laos.

Upon arrival (depending on your flight), visit the MAG clearance center.
End of the day free according to your flight schedule and then head to your hotel.

Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

Day 2: Plain of Jars

Breakfast at the hotel restaurant.
Day dedicated to the visit of the Plain of Jars.

Excursion by car to visit site N ° 2, located at the top of 2 mountains: you will have a spectacular view of the surroundings and a field of jars.
You will continue your discovery of this place which still keeps its history secret by the site N ° 3, located in the rice fields.

Lunch at the local restaurant.

Afternoon: discovery of Muang Khoune, the ancient city of Xieng Khouang destroyed during the war (30 km from Phonesavanh) and visit the ruins of the ancient city: Vat Phiyawat, That Foun.

End of this beautiful day with the visit of site N ° 1 which shelters the greatest number of Jars but also the most massive.

Day 3: Xieng Khouang - return flight

Breakfast at the hotel restaurant.

Visit the local market then head to the airport for flight to your next destination: Luang Prabang, Vientiane or other.
