To start with, you will be met by your guide at your hotel lobby.

We will bring you to the most spectacular and world’s biggest Buddhist monument complex, Borobudur,  built around 800 A.D.

Looming out of a patchwork of bottle-green paddies and swaying palm tops, this colossal Buddhist relic is one of the continent’s marvels. After the decline of Buddhism and the shift of power to East Java, the monument was abandoned soon after its completion.
For centuries the complex laid forgotten and buried under layers of volcanic ash.

We will head out for an afternoon bike ride, through the local villages of rural Central Java. This fertile rolling plain between Mount Merapi and Mount Sumbing will take you off the beaten track to meet the smile and hospitality of the Javanese people.

In order to discover the authenticity of Java, you must hit the main road to reach the most remote places, enjoying as well the rice fields and tropical fruits, having numerous points of view over the Menoreh hills.

We will have a stop in a Gerabah Village, Pencil Gaul, Batik Borobudur and Criping Telo factory to see the process of criping, immersing yourself in the everyday life of locals.

Trip back to your hotel at the end of the excursion
